Audra Mazurek acquired Sue Phillips practice in 2016 and after working hard to create a name as A J & Associates continues this hard work to keep the years of knowledge that were put into Sue Phillips & Associates. These two companies now carry the brand of SPAA Conveyancing Group and Audra prides herself on delivering good old fashioned customer service whilst keeping up to date with all the changes this industry continues to throw at her. The office is located conveniently on Angas Street just outside the hustle and bustle of the main CBD with easy access to free street parking making it easy for customers to still attend the office for their face to face sign up appointments. Acquiring an already established practice Audra appreciates the loyalty of those existing clients and continues to honor the service they were always provided and therefore has created a seamless acquisition.
